Habit:- A small erect herb with simple leaves but lamina is deeply incised, Light yellow flowers.

Chemical Constituents:- Seeds Contains:- Essentials Oils, Isothiocyanates, 2 Antithiamine compounds, Flavonol glycosides, It also contain Protein, Oil & Fibres Oil is more clear and doesn’t give smell like Indian Colza.
Actions:- Digestive, Stomachic, Stimulant, Diphoretic, Emetic.
Used In:- Oil: Cures swelling and Colic, Leucorrhoea, Polyuria, Oil added with garlic juice: applied externally in Rheumatic arthritis, oil is Antispasmogenic and Neuralgic, Sour Water of Rai is Anthelmintic.• It is excellently rich in minerals such as magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, potassium, calcium and sodium and also in proteins and fibers.
